What You’ll Do
- Greet and welcome customers in person and over the phone with professionalism and warmth.
- Manage appointment scheduling, calls, and office communications.
- Assist with customer inquiries, maintain records, and support daily office operations.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up to ensure client satisfaction.
- Support the team with administrative and special projects while building your knowledge of the insurance industry.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous customer service or receptionist experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Comfortable talking with people and open to learning sales techniques.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM systems).
- A desire to grow into a licensed sales professional role.
